DVS90 is an intelligent car alarm that makes it more difficult for thieves to steal or break into your car. DEFA develops custom solutions for most car models regardless of equipment level and age. This means that you get a tailor-made alarm for your car, truck or vehicle.

The system includes a control unit, a siren with a strong signal, a window diode with a glass break sensor and DEFA security stickers which, together with the window diode, show that the car is equipped with an alarm from DEFA.

DVS90 Central unit

The central unit is the brain of the alarm system and communicates with sensors, the siren and the car's electronic system. The central unit allows for customized solutions for car and truck models.

Status panel

A brightly flashing blue LED on the inside of the windshield indicates that the car is equipped with a DEFA alarm and deters potential thieves. The unit also has a built-in glass break sensor that detects attempts to break the car's windows.

The Siren

Emits a loud sound signal when an alarm is triggered. The DVS90 can also be connected to a backup siren that will sound if the power supply to the alarm is lost or the battery is disconnected.

Car window decals

The stickers have a deterrent effect and inform that a car alarm is installed. Thieves prefer cars without alarms!

Software
DEFA tailors software specifically for different car models. The software to adapt the alarm to the car is easily downloaded from the internet and inserted into the alarm using the DEFA-developed DEFA Express program and a USB connection. Adjusting sensor settings and configuring inputs and outputs for additional equipment is easily done via the PC program.
