Do you have a Dräger breathalyzer that needs service? Don't wait - let us ensure that your device is up to date! You can either send your breathalyzer to us or visit us to perform the desired service on site. Expect a service to take approximately 5-10 minutes to perform depending on options.

Step 1
To begin the process of calibrating your Dräger Alcotest, you must first place an order. Follow our instructions to complete your order. Please make sure to follow the instructions so that we can process your order correctly.

After you have placed your order, pack your Dräger Alcotest together with your order confirmation & send it to us (you pay the shipping to us). Make sure to use protective packaging to avoid damage during transport.

Once we have received your device, we will carry out the ordered service of your Dräger Alcotest. Of course, we will inform you if your Dräger Alcotest needs any further action.

After the service is complete, we will ship your Dräger Alcotest back to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
