Alpine introduces the all-new Alpine Status audio system: using the same technology and design concepts derived from the third generation Ultra High-Resolution AlpineF#1Status system, Alpine has created "Alpine Status" to bring high-resolution audio to a more accessible and affordable price point. The Alpine Status system is also extremely flexible: all components can be purchased and used in a "stand-alone" configuration.

For the audiophile looking to build the ideal sound system, Alpine Status offers a wide range of Hi-Res Audio compatible speakers. The HDZ-653 3-way speaker set with a high-resolution bandwidth of 55Hz – 40kHz includes a 170mm door woofer, a 96mm midrange and a 70mm ring radiator tweeter with a 25mm voice coil. They also include high-quality speaker crossovers.

All speaker cones are made from the same carbon fiber composite material to create a consistent sonic identity during playback. They closely approximate the look and feel of the AlpineF#1Status speakers, with a very similar design and motor layout, as well as identical construction materials for the highest sound quality.
